We used data publically available at the Edinburgh Council websites. Data is maintained by the council and we are just a community project trying to provide more efficient eway to access it.
Images
In the current, initial version of the app we are using images from https://www.vecteezy.com/vector-art/1363174-colorful-recycle-bins-with-recycle-symbol-isolated free to use in the current way by attribution (and this is that attribution). We are planning to swap the images for something else soon.
